Still haven't figured out how to spell "Meemaw"

The Big Bang Theory Wiki page says Meemaw, but the TBBT wikipedia page says MeMaw and you guys all have different spellings!!!! Lol! Unless I find a definitive answer I’m just going to stick with Meemaw because that’s how I’ve spelled it before and that’s what the wiki page says. Thanks for trying to help!! :D
